Please bring your dental insurance information with you so that we may bill your insurance provider as a courtesy to you.

Many families have discovered that they have dental insurance included within their medical insurance, otherwise known as "Obamacare". An example of this is Blue Shield Dental PPO, which our office accepts.

Dental Insurance
To assist our patients in affording dental care, our office accepts an extensive range of PPO dental insurance plans, including all major dental PPO insurance carriers (see below).

Dental Insurance Benefits
Dental benefits are typically determined by your insurance carrier and your employer. Just like medical insurance, dental insurance may not cover 100% for all charges, but generally most plans cover a majority for routine examinations and cleanings.

Deductible: This is the amount you must pay before your insurance company will pay. Generally, if treatment is needed, a deductible will apply before the insurance company pays for their portion of the fillings.

Coinsurance: This is the % that your insurance company would like for you to pay for services, typically after the deductible is met.
